Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial results while delivering guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program, mentorship, and support from our Panda community. Flexibility to work openings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; Serve Safe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Support and participate in an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare for success.
