Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team.

As a Store Manager you are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to hit financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. We offer eight weeks of leadership training and mentorship to prepare you for success, with a focus on developing a strong Panda community around you.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, directing and coaching associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship to store teams and ensure adherence to company standards.
