Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an exempt leadership Store Manager in Minnesota. This role offers a sign-on bonus of $3,000 for first-time hires, with a typical schedule of 40+ hours per week across five days, including weekends.

Pay range is $67,430.00 - $114,620.00, with Bridgestone committing to fair compensation practices. The Store Manager will drive store sales, manage staff, budgets and payroll, and ensure customer satisfaction while attending paid training and staying

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail sales management.
• Ability to handle inventory, scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Able to drive customer and company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Understand alternative tire sourcing and competitors.
• Track and meet payroll, budgets and store goals.

• Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received.
