Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an exempt Store Manager in a role that supports a flexible schedule across five days with weekends. The position typically requires 40+ hours per week. Pay range: $55,170.00 - $93,780.00.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills for customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling and merchandising displays.
• Assist customers for personal sales and complaints to ensure loyalty.

• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Valid driver’s license to drive customer and company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Customer service and drive store sales & promotions.
• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty for teammates, customers and company.
• Understand alternative tire sourcing and competitors.
• Track payroll, budgets and store goals.
• Keep records and financial information current.
• Manage, schedule and assign staff by skill level.
• Attend paid training and stay updated on automotive service developments.
• Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure satisfaction.
