Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks an exempt leadership Store Manager in Burnsville, MN. The role expects a flexible schedule, typically 40+ hours per week, across five days including weekends, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for first-time hires and a pay range from $67,430 to $114,620.

The position requires retail sales leadership, budgeting, scheduling and staff management. You will drive sales, service quality and customer loyalty while meeting store goals and payroll targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail sales management.
• Strong problem-solving for customer issues.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling and merchandising.
• Customer retention and loyalty focus.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles.
