Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 18 years or older.
• 3–5 years supervisory restaurant/retail/hospitality experience.
• Strong initiative, leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and math skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and varied store locations.
• DDU certification and Serve Safe/Allergen training preferred; company training provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensure brand standards and company policies compliance.
• Lead guest experience with high-quality service and product standards.
• Maximize sales and profitability with promotions and district coordination.
• Oversee daily store operations including inventory, cash handling, labor controls.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train staff.
• Coach and develop team members for operational excellence.
• Enforce safety and sanitation standards and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor product quality and equipment functionality.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Ensure OSHA and labor law compliance.
• Maintain customer communications and address issues.
• Participate in meetings and safety programs.
• Perform other duties as needed.
