Watermark Donut Company, LLC is hiring a Store Manager for our Boston network. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 3–5 years supervisory restaurant/retail experience, strong leadership and financial acumen, and the ability to work nights and weekends. Competitive salary starts at $50,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 18 years or older.
• 3–5 years of supervisory restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience.
• Strong initiative, leadership and organizational skills.
• Good judgment and reasoning.
• Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and write English and basic arithmetic for store operations.
• Ability to work irregular schedule including nights and weekends.
• DDU training and Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with Dunkin’ brand standards, operating procedures, and company policies.
• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional guest experience through consistent, high-quality service and product standards.
• Maximize sales and profitability by identifying and implementing business opportunities and promotional programs with the District Manager.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and labor controls, safeguarding assets.
• Maintain proper staffing levels by recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training qualified employees.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence and compliance.
