Watermark Donut Co., LLC is seeking Shift Leaders to join the Boston network. The role involves supervising restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and supporting management with coaching and daily store activities. The environment emphasizes great customer service and teamwork.

Flexible part-time or full-time hours are available. Candidates should be able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays, with a friendly attitude and strong communication skills to maintain high standards

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent plus one to three years of fast food service experience.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Good oral and written communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to perform basic math necessary to function within store.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends and various locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Assist management with team member support and coaching.
• Provide quality customer service in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Help store manager with daily operations and decision making.
• Lead by example in upselling and customer engagement.
• Support training of other store employees.
