Circle K's Great Lakes region in Columbus is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a small team and uphold Circle K standards. You will supervise, train, and schedule staff, manage inventory, and ensure top‑notch customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires a high school diploma and retail experience, with strong English communication. This on-site position offers flexible hours, a focus on safety, store presentation, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 to 2 years of retail work experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and work experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR/LSR/SA descriptions.
• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.
• Certificates & Licenses: Food Server certificate and Food Safety Management certification may be required.

Responsabilités

• Directly supervises 2 or more full-time employees and recruits, hires and trains staff.
• Maintains store image, organizes stock, and ensures customer service meets Company standards.
• Schedules employees and assigns tasks to maximize service and safety.
• Develops professional relationships with suppliers and resolves customer complaints promptly.
