Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1–2 years of retail experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and work experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment and procedures.
• Ability to use a computer to analyze reports and manage cash and inventory.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 2+ full-time employees and recruits, hires, and trains staff.
• Develops positive supplier relationships and resolves customer complaints promptly.
• Conducts ongoing performance appraisals and trains employees on safety and cash handling.
• Ensures timely communications and holds regular team meetings.
• Organizes files, plans action to meet store objectives, manages inventory and pricing.
• Analyzes daily sales and budgets, safeguards cash, and reports discrepancies.
