Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff in CSR/LSR/SA roles.
• Strong English communication and math skills; computer literacy required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees; recruit, train and develop staff.
• Manage store operations, scheduling, merchandising, and safety.
• Develop supplier relationships and resolve customer complaints.
• Prepare performance appraisals and conduct regular feedback in Workday.
• Monitor daily sales, budgets, and payroll to maximize profitability.
• Ensure posters and employment documents are up to date.
