Job summary

Circle K in the United States seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, maintain product availability and uphold an exceptional store image. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
3–5 years of retail experience with at least 2 years in management.
Strong leadership and communication skills; self-directed and customer oriented.
Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to support store operations.

Responsibilities

Maximizes store sales through customer service, product availability, and store image.
Recaps promotional activity and reports trends and opportunities.
Manages controllable costs, salaries, overtime, and cash handling.
Partners with vendors to ensure product availability and promotions.
Leads store managers, hires, trains, and coaches staff.
Ensures compliance with policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Maintains safe work environment and training.
Forecasts needs and assists budgeting and variance analysis.
