Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1–2 years of retail work experience.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment and materials.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed for CSR/LSR/SA roles.
• Ability to use a computer, generate and analyze reports, manage inventory and cash.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Ability to have open availability and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 2+ full-time employees including Assistant Managers, Lead Representatives and CSRs.
• Recruits, hires and trains employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Keeps store clean, stocked, organized and well-kept per Company standards.
• Schedules staff to maximize customer service and store image.
• Maintains professional image and provides guidance to subordinates and supervisors.
• Promotes safe operations and non-discriminatory management practices.
