Long Shot Ammo & Arms is seeking a Store Manager to lead our retail team and develop innovative ways to promote sales while staying current on new products.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or service experience is required.
• Management experience is required.
• Marketing experience is required.
• Proficient with POS and inventory software.
• Customer service oriented team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide leadership throughout the retail sales department.
• Provide training and support to staff to ensure knowledge and excellent customer service.
• Supervise daily activities and set departmental direction to ensure expectations are met.
• Oversee the safe handling of firearms at all times.
• Ensure ATF Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as compliance with all Firearm related paperwork (paper and electronic 4473, ATF 3310.4).
• Assure all firearm safety guidelines and regulations are trained and followed at all times.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies as well as implementing sales and promotions throughout the store.
