You will manage inventory, transfers, background checks, and recordkeeping while maintaining a safe, organized store. Strong leadership and communication are essential for driving sales and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in firearms retail or a related industry.
• Strong working knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and accessories.
• Thorough understanding of firearms laws and compliance requirements.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and staff supervision.
