Qualifications

• Minimum degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3–5 years in Retail Management including firearms handling and accuracy in identification and operation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure world-class customer service and a pleasant shopping experience.
• Lead firearm compliance with ATF, state and federal laws and company policies.
• Open/close store; manage keys and alarms; coordinate staffing and training.
• Drive sales plans to meet/exceed financial targets.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory control, pricing, and customer experience in the firearms department.
• Coach and develop staff; interview, schedule, and evaluate performance.
• Maintain compliance coaching and assist investigations as needed.
• Provide a legendary buying experience by understanding customer needs and promoting programs.
