CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Wisconsin to lead daily operations and profitability of one or more Check 'N Go, Allied Cash, or Cash Store locations. You will drive sales, customer service, and store-level leadership.

This role requires strong supervisory experience, cash handling, and the ability to manage staff schedules, recruit, train, and ensure compliance with regulations. You’ll partner with district leaders to meet metrics and deliver outstanding service.

Qualificações

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve and educate customers on product options meeting their needs.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Escalate issues to the District Director of Operations when needed.
• Respond professionally to general questions, applications, and requests per regulations and procedures.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer and deposits.
