CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Wisconsin to oversee daily operations, profitability, and store-level leadership across one or more locations.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, cash handling, and compliance with regulations to meet sales metrics. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, and recruiting support, along with managing operations, balance sheets, and banking processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm or clarify information and diffuse complaints.
• Escalate issues to the District Director of Operations (DDO) and Corporate Office if unable to resolve with the customer.
• Respond professionally to general questions, customer applications, requests, sales, and collections in compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Handle and count currency, cash and coins, manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance receipts with store sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications to validate information presented.
• Process all transactions accurately per company policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Complete compliance trainings and quarterly I Agree timely.
• Coordinate operations and training to achieve metric targets.
• Maintain store staff schedule and assist coverage for other stores in the district.
• Support staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales culture.
• Assist District Director of Operations with recruiting and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers in the district.
