Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and lead store level operations.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on products and options meeting their needs.
• Interact with customers and diffuse complaints with active listening.
• Escalate issues to District Director of Operations or Corporate Office as needed.
• Respond to general questions and process transactions per policy.
• Handle currency, cash drawers, deposits, and cash handling requirements.
