Qualifications

• Own reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product options to meet needs.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints using active listening.
• Manage cash drawer and daily deposits.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Lead store staff and coordinate scheduling across district.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding Assistant Store Managers.
