CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations and profitability for one or more of our retail locations. You will lead store teams, manage cash handling, and drive customer service excellence.

The role involves coordinating with the District Director of Operations, managing staffing, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. This position requires reliable transportation and a proactive, customer-focused leadership style.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, work autonomously, and provide store level leadership.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation, valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store operations and profitability for one or more locations.
• Educate customers on product portfolio and present options to meet needs.
• Interact with customers, resolve issues, and escalate to District Director of Operations when needed.
• Manage cash handling processes, deposits, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and training of Assistant Store Managers in the district.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies.
