Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, hire and supervise associates, drive financial results, and ensure guest experiences meet our high standards.

Our program includes 12+ weeks of store leadership training, milestone evaluations, and a GM certification (GO100). After graduation, you will be eligible for promotion to General Manager as part of our

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to meet financial targets and guest-experience standards.
• Lead store activities to ensure safety, quality and efficiency in daily operations.
• Participate in the GM development path; graduate from the GO100 certification to be eligible for promotion.
