Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group in Manhattan, KS is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda store, overseeing hiring, supervision of associates, and daily operations to meet financial goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will participate in an 8+ week leadership training program and receive ongoing development to advance within the organization. A robust benefits package accompanies the role, including meals, insurance, a 401(k) match, and PTO.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

Oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Lead and manage staff to ensure smooth daily operations and compliant service standards.
