Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager in the Kansas City area to oversee daily operations of a Panda Express location. You will recruit, train, and guide a team to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You'll participate in an 8+ week leadership training program and enjoy comprehensive benefits, career growth, and ongoing development opportunities within the Panda family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store and lead store team to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive store performance.
• Participate in and complete an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare for success.
