Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in the Bucks County area. You will oversee the operation of a single store, drive financial performance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program, mentorship, and a supportive Panda community to help your career grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and make your store a success.
