Job summary

Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations for a single store, driving guest satisfaction and financial results. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

We provide eight weeks of leadership training and a supportive Panda community to help you grow professionally and personally. This is a full-time role based in Clark, NJ, with a schedule that includes openings, closings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Make the store a success through effective leadership and operational excellence.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
