Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and lead a team to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program and ongoing mentorship to support your professional growth within a family of associates. This role offers a path to leadership within a growing nationwide brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
