You will oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store and lead a team to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to ensure excellent guest experiences and store performance.
• Participate in and complete the 8+ weeks of Store Leadership Training program.
