Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in Retail/Retail Merchandising and Customer Service.
• Prior leadership experience with progressively increasing responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, including hiring, training, coaching, performance reviews and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and effective handling of complaints.
• Drive sales through store marketing and promotions to grow market share.
