CHS, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for our Cenex Zip Trip location in Brookings, SD (store 63). You will lead daily operations, supervise staff, ensure safety and compliance, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

The role offers full-time hours with overtime; compensation includes base wage plus potential bonuses, with benefits and opportunities for internal growth. Previous retail leadership and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in Retail and/or Retail Merchandising and Customer Service.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily store operations and guide staff.
• Ensure safety procedures and accident handling.
• Greet and assist customers; maintain exemplary conduct.
• Address customer complaints professionally and resolve issues.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stocking, and merchandising.
• Handle paperwork and deposits accurately.
• Enforce company policies and local laws on tobacco, alcohol, etc.
• Monitor activity and report theft or dishonesty.
• Authorize gas pump payments and uphold credit policies.
