CHS Inc is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Cenex Zip Trip location in Billings, MT. You will support store operations, train team members, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Retail and/or Retail Merchandising and Customer Service.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provide work direction, training and assistance to less experienced team members.
• Provide excellent customer service; greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Perform cashier responsibilities including accepting payments and issuing receipts.
• Display and organize products for easy location by customers.
• Maintain the store appearance through dusting, cleaning and restocking shelves.
• Order merchandise and track inventory as assigned.
• Monitor customers to assist loss prevention.
• Prepare displays and promotions.
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
