Job summary

Target Optical is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional guest experience in Tulsa, OK. You will manage scheduling, training, and development while meeting brand goals and driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coaching, performance reviews, inventory control, and collaboration with store doctors where applicable to enhance the eye-care experience and retail performance.
