Responsibilities

• Customer Service: ensure prompt, courteous service and reflect Best In Class standards.
• Increase profits: manage expenses and sales to budget and drive neighborhood engagement.
• General Management: schedule associates, communicate across teams, and ensure legal compliance.
• Accounting: handle paperwork, inventory, cash, and deposits with accuracy.
• Human Resources: manage staffing, hours, breaks, and training, uphold respectful environment.
• Security: safeguard cash, assets, and workplace safety.
• Merchandising: maintain planograms and stock levels, coordinate with vendors.
• Maintenance: keep facilities clean and equipment in good order.
• Safety: enforce safe work practices and reporting of incidents.
