Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Maintain store appearance to company standards and ready opening.
• Ensure store is open and ready for business during all hours.
• Resolve customer conflicts using the MAKE IT RIGHT method.
• Lead initiatives to increase profits and support ESOP goals.
• Coordinate scheduling with labor planner and communicate with staff.
• Manage cash handling, inventory and deposits per policies.
• Oversee training to ensure associates perform duties correctly.
• Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Maintain vendor and security procedures and safety standards.
• Drive merchandising and inventory control to prevent stockouts.
