Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly with friendly service and uphold Best In Class standards.
• Monitor shift hours and help fill shifts as needed.
• Cover store manager days off and peak hours to maintain strong coverage.
• Ensure compliance with policies and communicate with staff clearly.
• Maintain proper uniform appearance and prompt service for customers.
• Record sales and handle cash discrepancies per policy.
• Direct supervision and development of associates and store operations.
