Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or grocery environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a team during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Gives customers prompt and courteous service while maintaining standards.
• Observe shift hours and assist in filling shifts as needed.
• Cover manager days off and two evening shifts weekly.
• Communicate effectively with staff and management.
• Ensure compliance with laws and store policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance.
• Ring sales accurately and handle daily deposits.
• Promote Huck’s Bucks loyalty app to customers.
• Safeguard cash and merchandise per policy.
• Participate in merchandising and maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents promptly.
