• Ensures store is open and ready for business during all hours.
• Handles customer conflicts using MAKE IT RIGHT method.
• Increase profits while maintaining ESOP integrity and customer satisfaction.
• Manage expenses and sales to budget; engage in local marketing and community involvement.
• Recruit and schedule associates to meet business demands per labor planner program.
• Communicate effectively with store staff, Division Manager, and corporate office.
