Responsibilities

• Store Manager is responsible for proper and efficient operation of the store within company policy and local laws to ensure profitability.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers according to Best In Class standards.
• Ensure store is open and ready for business during all hours.
• Manage expenses and sales to budget, with community involvement and neighborhood marketing.
• Recruit, schedule, and develop associates; communicate with district manager and corporate office.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws; maintain asset protection and safety.
