Huck's Market in Fairview Heights seeks a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure service excellence in line with company policies.

You will manage staff, control costs, schedule shifts, and maintain the store's appearance and safety standards while upholding Best In Class customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Gives all customers prompt and courteous service adhering to Best In Class standards
• Ensures that store appearance reflects company expectations and standards
• Ensures that the store is open and ready for business during all hours
• Handles all customer conflicts by using our MAKE IT RIGHT method
• Utilizes all tools and departments to ensure programs and policies are executed
• Manages all expenses and sales to budget (or better)
• Participates in neighborhood marketing through community involvement
• Motivates Sales Associates to participate in suggestive selling contests
• Schedules associates to meet business demands per labor planner program
• Communicates with store staff, Division Manager, and corporate office
• Follows all federal, state and local laws and ordinances pertaining to the operation of the store
• Maintains an environment free of harassment and adheres to policy
• Keeps all store deposits and cash handling procedures secure
• Maintains inventory accuracy and completes required documentation
• Works with trainers to ensure ongoing training and development of associates
• Ensures all safety procedures are followed and reporting of accidents
• Monitors inventory levels and prevents stockouts
• Keeps promotional signs posted and plan-o-grams current
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation in all food service areas
• Ensures maintenance and equipment operate correctly
• Follows EPA regulations including UST procedures
• Represents the company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions
