Job summary

David's Bridal in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Store Manager to build a high-performing team and deliver world-class customer service while exceeding sales plans.

You will lead operations, coaching, payroll, inventory, and staffing to ensure a five-star customer experience across front of house and alterations. This role requires dynamic leadership, mentoring, and a commitment to an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• Four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-first culture across all roles and maintain five-star customer service.
• Manage payroll and ensure it stays within the monthly budget and schedule shifts accordingly.
• Monitor inventory, special orders, receiving, layaway, repairs, and ensure quality standards.
• Communicate daily sales goals and drive action through team communication channels.
• Develop action plans from customer reviews and mystery shops to improve performance.
• Build a strong bench and talent pipeline to meet staffing goals and fill openings within 30 days.
• Other duties as assigned.
