Responsibilities include monitoring payroll, inventory, and daily operations, with emphasis on a positive, five-star customer experience and a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–4 years of retail management experience in apparel or specialty stores.
• Experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Assign shifts, review results, and coach staff to maintain a five-star experience.
• Monitor payroll, staffing to meet budgets, and drive sales goals.
• Manage store operations including inventory, special orders, layaway, and repairs.
