David’s Bridal in Wisconsin is seeking a Store Manager to build and retain a high performing team, deliver five-star customer service, and exceed sales plans. You will mentor staff and create a climate of peak performance by empowering teammates and associates.

Responsibilities include frontline leadership, payroll oversight, inventory control, and unwavering focus on customer experience, while coordinating with alterations and sales teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Four years of retail management experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high performing team and deliver world class customer service.
• Own payroll budget and staffing, ensuring costs stay within budget.
• Monitor inventory, orders, and processing to meet merchandising standards.
• Set daily/weekly sales goals and drive performance through coaching.
