Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a Store Manager to build a high performing team, deliver world-class customer service, and exceed sales goals. You are a dynamic, attentive leader who mentors, coaches, and creates a five-star shopping experience for every guest.

Responsibilities include payroll oversight within budget, scheduling and performance discussions, inventory accuracy, and coaching the sales team to maximize productivity while maintaining first quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• Four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Leads and models a customer first culture across all roles.
• Holds leadership team accountable for active floor management and feedback.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance selling skills and processes.
• Manage payroll within monthly budget and monitor timesheets for all roles.
• Lead store to achieve Monthly Income goals through foundational leadership and performance.
• Monitor inventory management, receiving, layaway, and ensure merchandise quality.
