You will inspire and coach a high-performing team, recruit and onboard top talent, set clear expectations, coach regularly, and develop succession plans while partnering with regional leadership on initiatives and store openings.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in premium retail.
• Track record of achieving sales, service, and operational objectives.
• Strong commercial acumen with payroll, expenses, and inventory handling.
• Ability to read sales reports and KPIs to drive results.
• Experience recruiting, coaching, developing, and retaining top teams.

Responsibilities
