Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in premium retail environments.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales, service, and operational objectives.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing payroll, expenses, inventory, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of store performance, driving sales growth, profitability, and customer experience.
• Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team with accountability and learning.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent while building a succession pipeline for leadership.
• Set performance expectations, provide coaching, and create development plans.
• Analyze business performance, trends, and KPIs to identify opportunities and implement action plans.
• Deliver relationship-driven customer service to build long-term loyalty.
• Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and back-of-house operations for omnichannel sales.
