Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking a Store Manager to lead sales, operations, and customer experience at our location. You will report to the District Manager and guide a performance-driven team with success measured by store sales, KPI performance, and payroll management.

You will drive sales, manage CRM-driven pipelines, tailor retail strategies, recruit and develop a high-energy team, and ensure merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail management experience.
• 2+ years sales leadership experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer outreach tools.
• Proven ability to drive sales and exceed targets.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive store performance to achieve and exceed sales targets through hands-on leadership.
• Drive sales discipline and pipeline health by leveraging CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and convert prospects.
• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored for retail spaces; drive performance with consultative selling.
• Demonstrate best-in-class customer interactions and close sales on the floor.
• Use financial insights to drive profitability and strategic decision-making.
• Build local awareness through grassroots marketing, pop-up activations, local partnerships, and experiential retail strategies.
• Recruit, train, and develop a results-driven team that thrives in high-energy selling environments.
• Manage store operations, payroll and scheduling guidelines, and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure seamless execution of company policies and procedures while maintaining a premium store atmosphere.
