Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive store performance to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Drive sales discipline and pipeline health using CRM tools to manage leads and follow-ups.
• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored for retail spaces.
• Demonstrate best-in-class customer interactions and close sales on the floor.
• Use financial insights to drive profitability and strategic decisions.
• Recruit, train, and develop a results-driven team.
