Job summary

Reformation is hiring a Store Manager for Tysons Corner. You will lead and execute all efforts to achieve store goals, manage operations, and deliver an elevated client experience.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will drive sales, schedule staff, and ensure inventory accuracy while upholding brand standards. You will supervise a team, coach in the moment, and balance payroll with revenue targets to maintain exceptional store performance.
