Reporting to the District Manager, you will build a performance-driven team where success is measured by store sales, KPI performance, and payroll management.

You will own the customer journey on the floor, use CRM tools to manage leads and follow-ups, and craft tailored sales strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• 2+ years of sales or sales leadership experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer outreach tools.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, and technology with a customer-first culture.
