GameStop Corp. seeks a Store Manager to lead store operations across multiple units, drive sales, and ensure top guest experiences. You will supervise a retail team, uphold company standards, and promote the buy/sell/trade and reservation programs.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage inventory, closeouts, and omni-channel orders while maintaining a welcoming, organized store environment.

Formación

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/merchandising preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales/guest service/management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store operations and multiunit capacity.
• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, promote store programs.
• Promote and explain omnichannel orders, trade-in, and Pro Rewards programs.
• Recruit, interview, hire, assess, and retain high-performing associates.
• Ensure onboarding, training, and compliance before opening/closing shifts.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll and breaks.
